Kate Gillespie, LCSW, is Co-founder and Clinal Director of Subtle Winds Training and Transformative  Therapy Center. She is a psychotherapist, clinal supervisor,  and a training facilitator. Kate’s focus is in supporting women,  gender diverse humans, and those identifying within the  LGBTQ+ community.  

With two decades of experience in the mental health field,  Kate has gained knowledge of a diverse array of therapeutic  settings and modalities including wilderness therapy, state  psychiatric hospital, emergency department, mobile crisis  response, and psychedelic harm reduction at festivals and  events. Through traditional and non-traditional practice  models Kate has developed her own unique way of meeting  people where they are at. She has a mission to inspire people  to make lasting changes in their lives and open their minds  to new possibilities and healthier ways of being.
