As National Vice President of Elevance (Anthem) Behavioral Health (now retired), Dr. Charles Gross was responsible for Commercial, Medicare, & Medicaid behavioral health services for 25 million covered lives, across 24 states. In this role Dr. Gross led all aspects of behavioral health operations, including: quality, utilization management, value based care, and provider strategies.
