Jesse leads the state legislative policy and advocacy work at Reason for Hope, a 501(c)(3) focused on the proliferation of safe, affordable, and accessible psychedelic medicine and assisted therapies. Jesse founded sustainability consultancy Avalon Infrastructure in 2019, and served in the Connecticut state legislature from 2015-2021. He lives in the lower Connecticut river valley with his partner, Ellie, and their ~~boss ~~dog, Koda.
